Svelta Dental Design requires a minimum $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your treatment appointment and guarantee the pricing quoted at the time of your consultation. This deposit reserves your slot and ensures that our team can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your care.
All remaining balances must be paid in full at least one week prior to your scheduled procedure date. Failure to remit full payment by this deadline may result in rescheduling of your appointment.
We understand that circumstances can change. However, late cancellations significantly impact our scheduling and staff. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully:
Important: Absolutely no refund will be issued for procedures cancelled on the date a procedure is scheduled.
Your initial $1,000 deposit and any subsequent payments remain valid for 18 months from the date of payment. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances and any remaining credit will be forfeited.
Svelta Dental Design accepts multiple payment options, including major credit cards and approved third-party financing. Third-party financing companies operate independently and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Please contact them directly for questions regarding your financing agreement.
Treating dental professionals may work as independent contractors. Each provider maintains direct responsibility for patient care and post-procedure follow-up. Svelta Dental Design coordinates scheduling and support services on behalf of contracted providers.
